ABOUT STRATICA
Building the Biological Intelligence Infrastructure for Precision Therapeutics
Stratica Biosciences is building the next generation of biological intelligence systems capable of transforming multimodal human biology into predictive disease models.
Stratica uniquely integrates multimodal biological data, disease foundation models, and translational infrastructure into a scalable platform for precision therapeutics.
Biology Is Fragmented. Patients Are Not.
Human biology exists across tissues, biofluids, molecular measurements, clinical records, pathology archives, and therapeutic outcomes.
Most organizations see only one piece of the puzzle.
Stratica exists to connect those pieces into unified disease intelligence systems capable of generating insights that no single dataset, technology, or institution can create independently.
Our Mission
Transforming human biology into actionable intelligence.
Our mission is to accelerate therapeutic development and precision medicine by building biological intelligence systems that understand disease progression, therapeutic response, and patient-specific biology.
We believe the future of medicine will be driven by continuously learning biological systems that connect molecular biology, tissue architecture, clinical outcomes, and therapeutic response.
01
Understand
Resolve disease biology across tissue, molecule, and clinical outcome.
02
Predict
Model therapeutic response and disease progression before they unfold.
03
Translate
Turn biological intelligence into precision therapeutic decisions.
Our Vision
Every tissue sample is a
map of
meaningful interactions.
We envision a future where every treatment decision begins with a deeper understanding of the patient's biology.
A future where every patient has a dynamic biological representation — one that informs treatment selection, predicts therapeutic response, and tracks disease progression over time.
Stratica Biosciences was built to make that future possible, bringing together scientific depth, clinical partnerships, and the technology to translate each patient's biology into better care.
OUR FOUNDATION
So far, Stratica's biological intelligence infrastructure is built upon one of the largest integrated repositories of multimodal spatial biology datasets spanning:
25M+
spatial omics cells
1000+
slides and tissue specimens
800+
patients
20+
disease indications
10+
cancer programs
These assets continue to grow through active clinical partnerships, disease foundation initiatives, therapeutic development programs, and large-scale atlas efforts.
These datasets further serve as the foundation for virtual tissues, disease foundation models, biomarker programs, therapeutic response prediction, and biological intelligence systems.
That foundation is organized around five interconnected pillars — each one essential to building biological intelligence that is predictive, reproducible, and clinically meaningful.

LEADERSHIP

Kevin Matthew Byrd, Ph.D.
CEO & Co-Founder
Every cell exists in context; every disease unfolds in a tissue environment. We built Stratica because the tools to model that reality at clinical scale simply didn't exist yet. Now they do.
Kevin Matthew Byrd is a scientist, entrepreneur, and leader in spatial biology, computational medicine, and biological atlas development. His work has focused on understanding how cells communicate within tissues, how disease reshapes biological ecosystems, and how multimodal human data can be transformed into predictive models of therapeutic response.
He has helped lead large-scale atlas initiatives spanning millions of cells and hundreds of patients, contributing to the development of next-generation approaches for disease modeling, biomarker discovery, and precision therapeutics. As CEO of Stratica Biosciences, he leads the company's vision to build biological intelligence systems that connect human tissue, biofluids, clinical outcomes, and AI-powered disease modeling into a unified platform for therapeutic development.

Jinze Liu, Ph.D.
CTO & Co-Founder
Our goal is to transform biological complexity into interpretable intelligence that can improve how therapies are developed, evaluated, and delivered.
Jinze Liu is a computational biologist and technology leader with expertise spanning bioinformatics, machine learning, biostatistics, systems biology, and multimodal data integration. Her work has focused on developing scalable analytical frameworks capable of integrating spatial biology, single-cell genomics, molecular profiling, and clinical data into actionable biological insight.
As co-architect of StraticaOS and Chief Technology Officer of Stratica Biosciences, Jinze leads development of the company's biological intelligence platform, disease-specific foundation models, containerized analysis engines, and RosenBridge AI co-pilot infrastructure.
